Dr. Ramon Johnson

President
Dr. Ramon Johnson is a passionate educational leader and the Owner and CEO of The PRIORITY Consultant Group. He also serves as the president of Diamonds on Our Minds Foundation, dedicated to empowering youth and fostering academic success. Dr. Johnson is a strong advocate for school improvement, teacher effectiveness, and student achievement, with a focus on building strong organizations through motivated individuals. He is the author of "Eight P.R.I.O.R.I.T.Y. Principles to Increase Academic Achievement," sharing his expertise to help transform educational systems.

Dr. Johnson's education journey involved completing his BBA at Georgia Southern University, followed by obtaining a teaching certification. He furthered his education with a Master's in Early Childhood Education from Fort Valley State University, an Education Specialist degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Troy State University, and ultimately a doctorate in Education Administration from Argosy University in Atlanta.

Dr. Johnson's career spans classroom teaching, educational administration, and now consulting and non-profit leadership. He holds a doctorate in Educational Administration from Argosy University and is a proud Army veteran. He is also a proud Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., actively involved in the Macon-Warner Robins Alumni Chapter.

Committed to community service, Dr. Johnson collaborates with organizations like the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. on scholarship initiatives and has served on various boards including The Vernard Hodges It Takes a Village Foundation and Mentors Plus Foundation. He is a member of Beulahland Bible Church and resides with his wife, Elizabeth, and their two daughters, Deondra and Rayana.

Mr. Carl Tims

Vice President
Mr. Carl Tims is a dedicated community leader with a passion for fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion. His 31-year career with GEICO culminated in the role of Vice President of Community Engagement and Chief Diversity Officer, where he spearheaded initiatives that earned the company recognition from Newsweek, Forbes, and the National Association of Broadcasters. He previously excelled in various claims and management positions, showcasing his leadership and expertise.

Currently, Carl serves as the Chief Operating Officer for United Way of Central Georgia, continuing his commitment to community betterment. His impressive resume includes board memberships with the Tubman Museum, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, National Urban League, and Urban League of Greater Atlanta.

A proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Carl serves on the Board of Directors and as Vice President of Diamonds on our Minds, the chapter's philanthropic arm. He holds professional designations of CCLA, AIC, and CPCU, and is a graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University.

Carl resides in Macon, Georgia with his wife Carol. They have two children, Ciera and Camden.

Mr. Andra Howard

Secretary
Mr. Andra Howard is a seasoned IT professional with over 35 years of experience, primarily in the banking industry. He currently serves as Director of IT in the legal field, leveraging his expertise to optimize technology solutions and drive operational efficiency.

Andra's career is marked by a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of technology's role in supporting diverse industries. His background includes developing and implementing IT strategies within the demanding financial sector, providing him with a strong foundation for his current leadership role.

A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Andra holds a degree in Electronic Technology. He is also a Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., demonstrating his commitment to service and brotherhood.

Elton Hunter

Treasurer
Mr. Elton Hunter is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Truist Bank in Macon, Georgia. With over 24 years in the banking industry, he is dedicated to providing exceptional financial management and client service, drawing on his extensive experience and commitment to excellence.

A graduate of Georgia Southern University and Leadership Macon, Elton is deeply involved in his community. He is an active member of Macedonia Baptist Church and a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., initiated into the Macon-Warner Robins Alumni Chapter in 2005.

Elton is a devoted husband to his wife, Willon, and a loving father to their four children: Breanna, Elton IV, William, and Winston. In his free time, he enjoys golf and watching sports. His life is grounded in faith, family, and service to others.

Gregory Hylick

Board Member
Mr. Greg Hylick is a retired Human Resources professional with 36 years of dedicated service to Robins Air Force Base. In his last role, he served as Chief of the Classification and Position Management Division, showcasing his expertise in personnel management within the Air Force Reserve Command.

Greg holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Albany State University and a Master's in Administration from Georgia College and State University. His commitment to education is further evidenced by his role as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Albany State University Foundation.

A Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and Alpha Kappa Mu National Honor Society, Greg is dedicated to service and achievement. He is a member of New Haven Baptist Church in Warner Robins, Georgia.

Greg is married to Mildred and they have two sons, Tyrone and Anthony, and five grandchildren.

Vascoe Rozier III

Board Member
Vascoe Rozier is a dedicated community leader and US Navy Reserve veteran with a passion for service. A graduate of Georgia College & State University with a B.B.A. in Marketing and Logistics, and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from Liberty University, Vascoe has served his community in various capacities. He is a proud Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., initiated in 1984, and has held numerous leadership positions within the Macon-Warner Robins Alumni Chapter.

Vascoe's 26 years in the Navy Reserve included tours in Europe and the Middle East, earning him distinguished awards for his service during the Iraq and Afghanistan campaigns. He is also an active member of the Macon community, contributing to organizations like the United Way, American Legion Post 3, and the Macon Downtown Council. His professional experience includes serving as Operations Manager for the Macon Centreplex.

With an unwavering commitment to making a difference, Vascoe is a dedicated supporter of the Diamonds on Our Minds Foundation. He is a faithful member of New Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church and resides in Macon with his wife, Catherine. They have three children: Charnecia, Vascoe IV, and VaShaun.
