Diamond On Our Minds Foundation, Inc is a 501(c)(3) entity committed to changing lives in Middle Georgia through fundraising goals and planning signature events annually to meet the mission of the organization.

Our Mission

The Mission of Diamonds On Our Minds Foundation, Incorporated is to
develop a wholistic approach into mentoring and supporting the youth in Middle Georgia to develop basic survival, mental and physical health, self-awareness and critical thinking skills, community awareness, basic economic and civics principles, educational and career opportunities, and accountability while becoming self- sufficient productive members of society.

Our Vision

To transform the Mission, Mindset, and Methods (3Ms) of
our youth in Middle Georgia.

Our Impact

Mentoring and building relationships.

Developing basic survival, mental health and physical health, self-awareness, and critical thinking skills.

Supporting innovative research-based curriculum and teaching and tutoring methodologies that focus on educational effectiveness.

Being flexible, adaptable and responsive to changing community needs.

Funding projects in collaboration with business and community partners that have the potential for broad and/or long-term impact.

Working in partnership with the school districts to understand educational priorities.

Exposing our youth to higher education and different career paths.

Providing scholarships to graduating seniors who are enrolling in tech or universities.

Developing basic economic and development skills to become an entrepreneur.

Being accountable for your own actions.

Operating ethically, with the utmost professionalism and integrity, and with clarity, transparency, and accountability in all that we do within the organization and in the community.

Continuing improvement and organizational renewal through on-going self-assessment, planning, and board development.
